Our Refund and Return Policy
We stand behind our coffees and hope you'll come to us should you encounter any problems. We'll work with you to come up with a solution for any issues. There are a few types of coffee that are strictly non-refundable. If you have any questions about it, we would love to speak to you.
When your order arrives, please inspect the coffee before signing off on the delivery. In the event your shipment arrives with damage, please note the damage on the drivers receipt but still accept the delivery. You should also document the damage with photos, which will help with the claim process. You will file a claim directly with the shipping company but Coffee Marketplace will assist in this process as needed.
